Cancellation Policy

Loc Extension Cancellation Policy

(Applies to ALL specialty services)

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you will have  4 weeks (30 days) before your scheduled appointment to cancel and receive a refund for your paid deposit. After that time you willONLYbe able to reschedule up to 1 week before your appointment and deposit is non-refundable. No show clients cannot reschedule. This policy also applies to (Instant locs, Backcomb locs, Loc Restoration, & Loc Repair/Correction)

All Other Services

Clients have at least  24 hours before scheduled appointment to cancel. You will be charged for late cancellation & no show appointments. 

Late Policy

Clients will not receive service if more than 20 minutes late for an appointment there will also be a no show fee.

How can I schedule a consultation?

Where can I order loc bundles?

I only sell my locs with installation

Can I get loc extensions with relaxed hair?

No, chemically processed hair doesn't loc very well

No, traditional locs only

How long should my hair be for loc extensions?

You need at least 2 inches of natural hair for extensions
